From Canada and India and to all countries in the world, delivery times vary (export 2 days, import 3 days). Service available Monday to Friday in most countries. Dimensions must not exceed 274cm (108”) in length or 330cm (130”) in circumference (2 x height) + (2 x width). 

Fedex International Economy 

Fedex offers you a reliable and economical shipping service to ship to European countries, to the United States, Canada and India. Delivery times generally vary from 4 to 6 working days from Monday to Friday. (export 4 days, import 5 days). Dimensions must not exceed 274 cm in length or 330 cm in circumference. (2 x height) + (2 x width). 

 FedEx International First 

Fedex offers the First Shipping Service to make it easier for you to clear customs. You can send parcels to the United States, Canada and the main cities of Europe (export, import). Delivery is made before 8:00 a.m. or 8:30 a.m. in 2 working days from Monday to Friday. Pickup available on Saturday in some countries. 

Fedex 2 day

Fedex offers you the FedEx 2day shipping service. Packages are delivered within 2 business days anywhere in the United States. You can choose between two delivery options depending on the urgency of your shipment. Delivery can be made on the second working day in the morning before 10:30 or at the end of the second working day. 

Fedex Home delivery

Fedex offers you the Fedex Home Delivery shipping service. With this service you can choose the day, the place and a delivery time slot. A reservation number is delivered to you by SMS or email. Your package is delivered by a driver against signature and by presenting an identity document. Delivery times generally vary from 1 to 5 working days from Monday to Friday.

 Fedex Priority Overnight 

Fedex offers FedEx Priority Overnight® shipping service. Delivery is made the next day or maximum within 48 hours depending on the delivery area. Before 10:30 a.m. or noon in most businesses and 4:30 p.m. in rural areas. Dimensions must not exceed 274 cm in length or 330 in circumference (2 x height) + (2 x width). 

Fedex Ground

Fedex offers you an economical door-to-door shipping service. Delivery takes place from 1 to 7 business days from Monday to Friday in all provinces and territories of Canada and to the United States. Dimensions must not exceed 274 cm (108 in) in length, or 419.1 cm (165 in) in circumference (2 x height) + (2 x width).  

FedEx Express Saver

Fedex offers you a fast shipping service. Delivery is made within a defined period of 24 to 48 hours. You can even set the time of day for delivery. Dimensions must not exceed 274 cm in length or 330 cm in circumference. (2 x height) + (2 x width). 

 

How is the cost of sending the package calculated?

The cost of sending a parcel with Fedex depends on the departure and destination addresses as well as the options you will select with or without signature, for example. How to protect your package against loss and damage?

For articles or products with high added value, we advise you to take out additional Ad Valorem insurance which will allow you to insure your parcels up to €100,000. In the event of theft, loss or damage, compensation will be calculated on the basis of the value declared during your shipment.

Complaints procedure for uninsured shipment

    • Open a ticket in the incident manager on your online account by selecting the parcel number concerned
    • A confirmation of the incident with the carrier will be made by our services
    • Upon receipt of the confirmation of the loss by the carrier, we can validate the MyFlyingbox guarantee
    • It will be necessary to provide us with the purchase and/or sale invoice including the full description of your goods to claim the guarantee which may go up to a maximum of €50.
    • Damage due to defective packaging is not allowed by the carriers and therefore the transport costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
    • In case of loss of the package, the shipping costs are always refunded.

    It should be specified that the breakage or deterioration of your content is not covered by the MyFlyingBox guarantee.

    Complaints procedure for insured shipment

    • Open a ticket in the incident manager on your online account by selecting the parcel number concerned
    • Wait for confirmation of the incident and/or loss with the carrier to be validated by our services
    • Upon receipt of confirmation of loss or damage from the carrier, we will require:
      • A purchase and/or sale invoice including the description complete with your merchandise
      • Photos of your product and your product in its packaging prior to shipment will be required for all shipments with a value greater than 4000€
    • We will also refund shipping costs.
    • Once the file is completed and validated, it will be sent to the insurance and the reimbursement will reach you within 15 days to 4 weeks depending on the value.
