Sending parcels UPS Express, Express Plus, UPS Express Saver

Sending a package with UPS within a business day is ideal when you want your shipment to arrive at its destination early in the day. So you can opt for Express delivery between 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 p.m. or Express Plus if you want to be delivered as soon as possible, between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. UPS Express Saver is one business day delivery before 6 p.m.

Standard UPS shipment is conveniently designed to allow you to plan your delivery dates and save transport costs. In France delivery is within 1-2 working days of dispatch.

UPS Access Point has a network in Europe. Drop off and collect your parcels near you at a collection point such as a supermarket or service station. Depending on the opening hours, choose the solution that suits you best. There are some that are very flexible with opening hours late at night and open on weekends. Delivery is made in three or more days depending on the predefined date. The maximum shipping weight is 70 kg. Depending on the destination, there is a special label mentioned “heavy parcels” for parcels weighing more than 25 kg.

  • Fast (1 to 7 working days)

2 to 7 days in the rest of the world depending on the country of destination. Collection between 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. (local time). Please provide us with the recipient's telephone number to simplify customs formalities.

    How is the cost of sending the package calculated?

    The cost of sending a package with UPS depends on the departure and destination addresses as well as the options you will select with or without signature, for example.     How to protect your package against loss and damage?

    As a professional shipper, your package benefits from a standard MyFlyingBox guarantee, of a maximum of €50 in the event of theft and loss. For articles or products with high added value, we advise you to take out additional Ad Valorem insurance which will allow you to insure your parcels up to €100,000. In the event of theft, loss or damage, compensation will be calculated on the basis of the value declared during your shipment.

    Complaints procedure for uninsured shipment

      • Open a ticket in the incident manager on your online account by selecting the parcel number concerned
      • A confirmation of the incident with the carrier will be made by our services
      • Upon receipt of the confirmation of the loss by the carrier, we can validate the MyFlyingbox guarantee
      • It will be necessary to provide us with the purchase and/or sale invoice including the full description of your goods to claim the guarantee which may go up to a maximum of €50.
      • Damage due to defective packaging is not allowed by the carriers and therefore the transport costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
      • In case of loss of the package, the shipping costs are always refunded.

      It should be specified that the breakage or deterioration of your content is not covered by the MyFlyingBox guarantee.

      Complaints procedure for insured shipment

      • Open a ticket in the incident manager on your online account by selecting the parcel number concerned
      • Wait for confirmation of the incident and/or loss with the carrier to be validated by our services
      • Upon receipt of confirmation of loss or damage from the carrier, we will require:
        • A purchase and/or sale invoice including the description complete with your merchandise
        • Photos of your product and your product in its packaging prior to shipment will be required for all shipments with a value greater than 4000€
      • We will also refund shipping costs.
      • Once the file is completed and validated, it will be sent to the insurance and the reimbursement will reach you within 15 days to 4 weeks depending on the value.

      All carriers, including UPS, have terms and conditions of carriage. If you deviate from these conditions, supplements may be charged to your invoice afterwards. When you ship with UPS, you automatically agree to that carrier's Terms and Conditions.
